All persons attending the Congress must fill in the following form:

La inscripción para asistir al Congreso se podrá realizar a partir del 5 de junio de 2025 y hasta el 10 de octubre de 2025.

REGISTRATION FEES 
Members of the Organising and Scientific Committee Free
Project members Free
Speakers Free
Communicators with accepted communication Free
General registration 50€/75€**
Students in formal education and training*. 25€/50€**
The registration fee includes:

- attendance at the Conference

- the reception of the working material of the Conference

- refreshments during the break in the sessions

- thursday lunch

- the closing lunch on Friday (at no extra cost)

- the activities of the social agenda from Thursday to Saturday until full capacity is reached.

 

**This new price will apply to registrations made on or after 30 September 2025.

*Proof of student status must be provided in the form of the corresponding registration.

Cancellation/refund policy for the Conference registration fee: this will only be applicable in the case of duly justified reasons, assessed by the Conference Organising Committee.

PAYMENT OF THE FEE

Those who have submitted a paper proposal are kindly requested NOT to pay the registration fee until the Scientific Committee selects the papers finally accepted.
