The registration fee includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

- attendance at the Conference<\/span><\/p>\n

- the reception of the working material of the Conference<\/span><\/p>\n

- refreshments during the break in the sessions<\/span><\/p>\n

- thursday lunch<\/span><\/p>\n

- the closing lunch on Friday (at no extra cost)<\/span><\/p>\n

- the activities of the social agenda from Thursday to Saturday until full capacity is reached.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

**Se aplicar\u00e1 este nuevo precio a las inscripciones realizadas a partir del 5 de octubre de 2025.<\/p>\n

*Proof of student status must be provided in the form of the corresponding registration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation\/refund policy for the Conference registration fee: this will only be applicable in the case of duly justified reasons, assessed by the Conference Organising Committee.<\/span><\/p>\n

PAYMENT OF THE FEE<\/b><\/p>\n

Those who have submitted a paper proposal are kindly requested NOT to pay the registration fee until the Scientific Committee selects the papers finally accepted.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
